Freedom: the most misused and abused word in the English Language. Word-associate the nearest American and you might get "War" and "Blood" and, well, human sacrifice (onward Christian Soldiers).
Freedom does come with a price, but it's far higher than killing Japs or Gooks or Ragheads. The price is accepting responsibility for your own life, without devils or witches, without Communists or Muslims or overeducated snobs to blame. If you meet the enemy, it might just be you.
