The unemployment rate has fallen to 8.9% with 192,000 jobs being added in February. So, Gov. Walker of Wisconsin feels, in his patriotic duty to assure Barak Hussein Obama be a one term president, he must lay off state workers to raise the rate closer to a perfect 10.
